• Booking and Payment:
  A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 3 days prior to the tour date.

• Cancellation Policy:
  Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the tour will receive a full refund (minus the deposit). Cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable.

• Weather Conditions:
  The tour may be canceled or rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions for safety reasons. Participants will be notified in advance and offered a full refund or rescheduling option.

• Safety Guidelines:
  All participants must adhere to safety instructions provided by the guides, particularly when visiting volcanic sites and craters.

• Insurance:
  It is highly recommended that participants obtain travel insurance that covers adventure activities, personal injury, and loss of personal belongings.

• Personal Responsibility:
  Each participant is responsible for their own health and safety during the tour. Those with pre-existing medical conditions should consult their physician before participating.
