    A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The full payment must be made at least 7 days prior to the tour date.

  2. Cancellation Policy:
    Cancellations made more than 7 days before the tour will receive a full refund (minus the deposit). Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour will not be refunded.

  3. Changes to Itinerary:
    The tour operator reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, road closures, or changes in government regulations. In such cases, alternative arrangements will be made whenever possible.

  4. Travel Insurance:
    Participants are encouraged to obtain travel insurance that covers cancellation, personal injury, and theft.

  5. Participant Responsibility:
    Participants are responsible for their own safety during the tour. It is advised to follow the instructions of the guide and adhere to any safety regulations.

  6. Privacy Policy:
